Try MAC. They have so many colors, and the sales ppl will help you pick colors for your skin type and color. It's more expensive, but it last a long time and its worth it! Good luck!
try covergirls queen collection. its especially for dark skin. i love covergirl and ive heard the queen collection is great.
Iman (Ethiopian model) has her own makeup line. called Iman they have shades for dark skin
