well im not in the 40-50 range ^^ but what i use is neutrogena's coverup/moisturizer but you dont have to use that but coverup is nice if you have some acne stuff goin on and then bronzer dont make it dark use around ur scin tone especially if you used coverup because you wont look as pale ^^ then uh to look natural go for ur scin tone colors and a little darker(with eyeshadow and eyeliner) then just blak mascara and then ur lipstik.... dont make it take away from ur face make it add to it and if you want ur makeup noticed ... make ur eyeshadow make ur eyes pop, blue/green/purple for blue or green eyes and yellow/pink for brown have the eyeliner correspond with something that you're wearing and um for blush avoid putting it only on you're cheek bone make it come onto you're cheek a little bit and i hope that helped! ^^ Thanks
