Who knows some great inexpensive eye makeup?

I unfortunately keep getting eye infections because I have dry eye syndrome. I usually spend alot of money of eye makeup like smashbox but thats not logical anymore since this is my second eye infection this year. Im looking for great products for a low cost any suggestions? Who knows some great inexpensive eye makeup?
I know that Almay is all hypo-allergenic and is found at Walmart for a decent price. But if you just want regular make-up I love the Rimmel brand that is also at Walmart for an even better price, they have really saturated colors and their formulas go on really smooth.Who knows some great inexpensive eye makeup?
I don't know about makeup, but I do have some advice on dry eye. While mainstream medicine considers it to be ';incurable'; there are many things which may help. Fish oil (6 capsules per day) helps provide Omega-3 fatty acids to moisten the eyes. Many Americans are deficient in Vitamin D, and 2000 IU per day may help alleviate this deficiency and thereby reduce inflammation and pain in the eyes. I used to take Restasis for dry eye, but with Fish Oil and Vitamin D I no longer need to take the medication. This may not work for every case of dry eye, but it may be worth a try. The article below contains more information.
First use bright sparkily white eyeshadow. apply all over eye lid.

Then use one of the following, purple, pink, light ble, or light green,

over the eyeish part of the eye lid.

Then apply a thin line of eyeliner on the bottom of your eye,

Then about 1/10 an inch or so on the lower part of your eylid(Right were the eyelash roots are.

Then Macara.

If you have Black/ Dark brown hair, black mascara and black eyeliner.

Medium browm/Dirty Blonde hair: brown mascara and brown eyeliner.

Medium/Light Blonde Hair; blonde mascara and blonde eyeliner.

Find these things at either Macy's or walmart. Or any mall compartment with make-up.!
There's this online company called the She Space that's really great. They have mineral eye shadows for $4 for a 3g jar. That's a better deal than most other mineral make up companies. The only down side is that her shipping time is like 2.5 weeks cuz the owner's always flooded with orders.
first, find out what is causing the eye infection. like the specific thing that is in the makeup product that is causing this, then stop buying that kind that has the thing that your allergic to. try CVS. they have lots of other brands of makeup that is still good quality for less. lol
Pretty much anything you can buy at a drugstore/wallyworld/kmart, as long as the color is good with your skin tone. I like the Cover Girl with 4 colors. Check ';Don't go to the Cosmetic Counter Without Me'; by Begoun. She also has a web site
ELF cosmetics. You can order online at eyeslipsface.com. Its all for a buck!!

Mineral makeup is great too, look out for the bismuth stuff though. I like everyday minerals. You can order a free sample kit. You get 3 foundations, 1 blush, and 1 concealer for just shipping, which is about 3.50!! =)
I like Jane. You can get it at Walgreens. It has a lot of colors, at a great price. It is smooth pressed powder. It shows up nice, unlike some brands that you have to keep reapplying. It shows up great, too.
You might try my brand - it's aularale.com/7002 - all their products are designed for people w/sensitive skin. Also keep your applicators clean/changed.
i would try hypo-allergenic makeup.

or Rimmel. They have really great colors and pretty packaging.
Maybe Physicians Formula? Almay? something hypo allergenic-
