Summer complete makeover! Need tips on losing weight, and great makeup for high school! Anything appreciated!?

I am an eight grader, and am pretty popular. I am tall (almost 6 foot) and would be oober athletic and hot if I was skinnier. I am about sixty lbs overweight--bad, huh! What diets and workout schedules would help me lose weight over the summer?Summer complete makeover! Need tips on losing weight, and great makeup for high school! Anything appreciated!?
to tell you the truth you should stay away from fad diets that tell you to take any certain food product out of you eating habit. what you should do is eat in moderation, run, eat a lot of fiber and join a gym if it will make you happy. your still young so you have pleanty of time to be at the weight you would like. dont push yourself to hard because you will get yourself sick. so yea.. eat only when your hungry and only until your full. moderation is the key. and oh yea do not eat any forzen dinners or food items that contains more that 5 ingrediants and you must be able to pernounce them. organic foods are usually good. if your not sure of what im telling you please read this artical called Unhappy Meals by michael pollan. you can look it up online. good luck. and no matter what you should be happy with the way you are.Summer complete makeover! what i did was i bought a weight set and a bench about two years ago.i also subscribed to men's health maagzine to keep me motivated and informed. it has been a challenge but little by little i keapt getting stronger and in shape. Now this summer i hope to work my abs.i am a sopmore i plan on doing this by running every other day and lifting wieightds and working my abs
