What are some great back-to-school makeup tricks?

I have green/blue eyes (in the summer they're blue, in the winter they're green, but spring and fall they're both) Anyway I'm going back to school, I'm only an 8th grade so I don't want anything ';over the top';. Please answer your ideas I would really appreciate it! Thanks! What are some great back-to-school makeup tricks?
Try going for a neutral look with a single bright pop of color. Some bronzer on cheekbones and forehead, nude lips and eyes and a hint of teal eyeliner on your lowerlashline. Or go for soft gold eyeshadow, neutral cheeks and a bright sheer lipstick or lipgloss for a juicy look. Avoid wearing foundation at your age because it clogs pores and trigges zits.

Also, only play up one feature at a time, bright eyeshadow with nude lips and muted cheeks or bright cheeks with nude lips and eyes. Avoid piling on loads of black eyeliner because it looks cheap and hard, unless you are going for an emo look.

For a subtly smokey look wear bronze shadow from lashlines to creases and take the same eyeshadow and smudge it under your eyes using an angled eyeliner brush.

Eyeshadow: Peachy Pinks, or taupe/brown shades. You can mix a milky white color with a skin colored eyeshadow to look very natural and cover up eye veins.

Mascara: Just a black mascara, two coats on top, one on bottom. Make sure there's no clumps.

Eyeliner: If you want to wear eyeliner, go with a brown color, it looks more soft and polished for school. Wearing black or a liquid might look too harsh and dramatic. Make sure you apply the brown pencil or crayon thin and not too far off your waterline, because you don't want ';raccoon'; eyes.

Coverage: If you have a bad complexion, redness, or an uneven skin tone, go with a very light foundation, applied with a brush or sponge. If you have a nice tan or nothing much to cover up, go with a concealor to cover up any redness or dark undereye circles and blend it in with powder, don't use foundation unless it's absolutely necessary.
I just finished Grade Eight, its an awesome year! I did wear makeup but not too over the top. You will probably notice that some girls wear soooooo much makeup it makes them look cheap. Start with simple powder colour eye shadows, like soft pinks with a little mascara. Some soft but noticeable pink blush highlights cheek bones nicely and you will look amazing. Remember you want to look Good, not high on yourself (besides if you put too much makeup on, more people tend to notice mess-ups). Stick with what I said and you should be fine. Lipstick however, use a simple lighty-dark colour with lots of gloss. Gloss is what will make you stand out. The first thing guys notice when you talk to them is your lips. Trust me.

Good Luck, You'll love grade eight!
I think that feathered bangs will make a comeback in your town when you start the trend. They are a mess to comb out at the end of the day, but it's worth it. Also, they go well with a shiny eyeshadow, pink lip gloss, and bubble gum. You'll have to wait till school gets out for the bubble gum, I guess. Peg your pants too! Stonewashed jeans. Please! For me! If only I was in the eighth grade again.
I'm going into eighth grade, too!

I think you should try a brown-black eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss. If you tend to get zits, maybe try concealer or powder.

Remember, less is more, especially for your age!
