start with lipgloss then move on to light eye shadow...mascara is always nice don't use any bold colors like blue or purple....browns and pinks are good....just practice at home and see what you like before trying it out in public.Ok so i've always been a tomboy and i want to become more girly.. Use sheer colors that look natural. Avoid the base makeup that looks so tacky, especially if it leaves a makeup line. Go with mascara, lip gloss, and blush. That's all most women need.
Start off small - lip gloss is great and it comes in many yummy flavors. Try some brown mascara - it is more natural than black. If you are comfortable with that, add some brown or bronze eyeliner. Then maybe a powder foundation. Go slowly, learn how to use each product before moving on to the next. And most importantly - wash it off every night. Your skin needs to breathe at night. Use a mild cleaner.
Go to the mall and talk to the 'Clique' people.





They will sit with you for hours helping you.


i took my wife there and they helped get the right colors and showed some techniques.





She was a bit of a tomboy too. tomboy might be a little strong but she didn't worry much about makeup.
I don't wear makeup. I just wear lip gloss ,oh yea! nothin like a sparkly lip! mwuah! lol.
go to victoria secret, grab a bunch of lingere, go across the mall to abercrombie, grab some torn jeans, and tank tops, go to Macys get a Louis Vuitton bag, get some BIG sunglasses, then go to elder beerman and get make up by clinique or M.A.C. and have then apply it the first time, and pay attetion to what there doing.
Always have a clean slate to work with. Use a scrub, toner and moisterise before putting makeup on. If you dont, your make up won't sit on your skin properly and clog up your pores creating big huge zits in days to come.


Good thing about most tomboys, they are good at art.


Foundation. Go for that 'Sheer Cover', that is make up for dummies, anyone can use it, and it ROCKS!!!.





Never rub makeup in, dab it and blend it to your natural colour and bob will be your monkeys uncle.





Warning: Your friends may put you off, cause they not used to the 'new' you, but just let them know, you feel alot better about yourself now and thats all that matters. Is how you feel about you.
Go to a nice dept. store where they have a nice cosmetic dept. the reps. there will be more than happy to teach you and help with colors etc.....
You don't have to over do ur make up. I personally only wear eyeliner and mascara. Use a color that brings out your eye color. I use green or brown. My eyes are green. Also if you want to use eye shadow, put a light color as your first layer then add the darker colors. Mary Kay has a website that shows you how to layer your colors. I hope this helps.

wear kinda of a clear lip gloss just so u notice your lips are glossy and smooth


and depending on your skin color on your eyes where light brownish skin colors just so you notices your eyes are looking fine and a little sparkly : )


and a little bit of maskara is always great !!


work your way up from there :)


where pink shirts that are a bit longer and a bit tighter jeans thats always in style :) make sure you odnt wear baggy jeans ! and nice v neck shirts i love !! :) paint ur nails to not black but pink or what ever color u like :)
