i have blonde hair and im wearing a black top what makeup will go good with it ?Great makeup choice to wear when wearing black....?
It depends on:


1. Occasion - casual/formal/party


You can wear bright eye colours and have fun if it's casual or party; add glitter if you want if it's for a party. Otherwise, keep it toned down.





2. Day/night


Avoid glittery eyes and dramatic lashes during the day.





3. Eye colour


I can't see it in your avatar, as you're doing the flirty eyes :P


Anyway, if you want your eyes to not stand out as much, wear similar shades as your eye colour; if you want them to stand out, wear contrasting colours. (e.g. Coppers for green eyes; Purples for brown eyes.)





4. Your outfit - what kind of black?


If it's spangly and shiny, you want to keep your makeup matte. You don't want your face AND outfit to both be OTT. They should complement each other, rather than compete with each other.


Also, is it a cute little dress? Edgy tank top? Sophisticated blouse? Do your makeup accordingly, you don't want to look confused ;)





If you want to be totally safe, just wear some creamish, slightly shimmery shadow on your lids, add some mascara, gloss, a little blush, and you're good to go!





Anyway, I would definitely avoid black if you're wearing a black top. Too goth.





And of course, the old rule, either play up the lips or the eyes, not both. If you want something fun, though, I'd say play with the eyes and keep the lips slightly more neutral :)

Use a pale skin tone.Use an alabaster eye shadow.Curl the lashes with a lash curler, then use Liquid Liner Pen in Very Black to draw an extended wing from the inner corner of the eye out toward the temple. The bold liner gives this look a modern feel.Use 2 coats of mascara and finish with the Perfect Red Lip. Vital for any self-respecting femme fatale.

smokey silvery eyes..





apply some light shade as a base ..





then apply some silver light shade in ur inner corner of ur eyes..





and dark silver or black in ur outter corner of ur eyes..





and then follow wz liquid eyeliner ( black )





and two coats of mascara ..





and some liner preferably black in ur waterline ..





some peachy pink blush and nude pink lips ..





and voila =D
evening make up would look best.


try a smooth line if eyeliner on your upper eyelid and then lightly dust a thin line of brown eye shadow under your eyes. use an eyelash curler first and then apply a thick coat of mascara. your eyes will pop !
