Well, some liquid liner on the top lid and the bottom lid does the trick, especially in school. If you think liner on the bottom lid is a bit too heavy, just apply it to the top eyelid. A good mascara also does the trick and is alot more subtle, as long as it isn't clumpy.
A nice bronze combo.


Apply a light matte cream colour halfway along the eyelids and then continue with a bronze colour. Blend the bronze colour well.


Finish off with mascara et voila!

Black eyeliner from the outside on the top try both thick and thin linings and check it. Maybe u can add at the bottom from out too but im not sure if it will be perfect for school. It is usually perfect for parties. You should try and choose what best.
go to a drugstore, and get the almay eye color collection thing .





it has eye shadow, eye liner and mascara specially made to bring out certain color eyes .





i bought the collection for my brown eyes today, and they have it for blue .








so try it out, trust me .

i would say find a nice shade of eyeshadow and throw it on and apply some mascara
use a bronze color eyeshadow or any neutral color mine look best with browns or smokey with black liner and mascara
ok since you have blue eyes, wear a brown pencil eyeliner


follow your lash line on ur top lid and curve it slightly out a centimeter at the end of the lid


for the bottom lid, start and the outside corner and draw the line and stop at the middle of ur eye


then take ur finger and smudge the bottom line slightly so it wont be that harsh...you have blue eyes so you should have a more gentle and nartual look....less is more believe me!!


then just wear some mascara..and some light nude color eye shadow with a little sparkle to really make ur eyes pop without looking obnoxious

1. Curl your eyelashes. Do not move i while they're are curling because you can pull out your lashes.





2. Apply a coat of marcara on the top and a tinyyy but on the bottom ones on the sides.





3. Apply waterproof black eyeliner (not liquid because liquid is a little shinier) as close to your top lashes as possible. I use Sally's twistable waterproof herbal liner in ';very black.'; I really recommend that one because it is a bit healthier and they mean it when they say waterproof and it goes on very smoothly. Go in between lashes if you don't mind the long time it takes to remove after wards. I usually put in inside on the top too but my eyes are brown. It would look a little silly on blue eyes because they're naturally pretty. It takes about 10 minutes to do both eyes. Apply it thick, but not so much that it makes you look like a goth (unless you want that haha)


Touch up. Make them look even.





4. After you feel that they're even enough, apply a second coat of mascara on your top lashes.





5. I usually put on black liner in the inside of my eye on the bottom as well but I don't think you should because it looks a little gothic when people with blue eyes do it.





By the way, make sure the mascara is waterproof as well. Any mascara will work. And the waterproof herbal liner from sally's is $4.30.
