What is a great makeup palette that is less than $40?

I've been obsessed with make up and hair styling here lately and was wondering were i could find a great makeup palette with more than 10 colors that fits my budget? Please leave websites or anything that will help me! :):)What is a great makeup palette that is less than $40?

Coastal Scents is AMAZING! I have their 88 palette %26amp; 78 palette. They are so worth the money. If you're just starting out, and want alot of color options, they are perfect. Even if you aren't just starting out, they are well worth the money.


The only thing you need is a primer. Without it, it doesn't last and the color payoff is less. Want to know something? I tested Coastal Scents. I put four eyeshadows on to swatch, with primer, and forgot to take it off. I got a shower, washed my hands numerous times, and went out in the hot sun and after a day? It was still on the next day! So yes, I highly recommend it.


You can get it for 18 or 19 dollars, I think. The price just went down from 21.

The 120, or maybe it 180 manly palette is WONDERFUL!! i got mine off of ebay. i payed 40 dollars but i got mac brushes with it so buying it by itself should be maybe 30 dollars. the pigment is beautiful. it will last you forever, well not really but you know what i mean
